When I was 8 years old, I dreamt of becoming a broadcast journalist. At 13 I wished to be an actress and at 17 I hoped to be a filmmaker.

To say I have a love for story-telling would be an understatement.

But one thing is for certain: I’m an old-soul/Texas-native with a major passion for art, history and literature.

Now as a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!), I am back in my hometown of Dallas, Texas, working in corporate affairs and crisis communications for Fortune 500 clients at Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW). I have previously served as the National Vice President of Digital Communications for the PRSSA National Committee and was a keynote speaker at PRSA’s International Conference in November 2022.

When I’m not removing Oxford Commas from communications drafts, you can find me at my local bookstore, recommending the next must-read book.
